1. Introduction and Scope of the Policy

1.1 This Policy sets forth the technical and regulatory requirements applicable to products offered or sold through Altifl.com (the “Platform” or “Altifl”), including product safety requirements, age suitability, warnings, instructions, documentation, testing, certifications, restrictions, and recalls.

1.2 The Platform is operated by MUBDIE LLC, a company incorporated and registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America (the “Company”).

1.3 This Policy applies to physical and digital products that the Platform permits to be listed, as well as the technical and regulatory information and documentation associated with such products, to the extent applicable to the nature of each product and the legal requirements applicable to it.

1.4 Compliance requirements vary depending on the type and category of the product, its intended age group, components, method of use, country of manufacture, seller’s country, buyer’s country, target market, and any other applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

1.5 This Policy does not replace any license, permit, certification, testing, registration, or approval that may be legally required for a product or for its manufacture, importation, distribution, or sale.

1.6 This Policy addresses the technical and regulatory requirements applicable to products. General consumer rights, protections, and remedies are governed by the Consumer Protection Policy and applicable law.

2. Product Compliance Requirements

2.1 Every product offered on the Platform must comply with the technical, regulatory, and legal requirements applicable to it in the market in which it is offered, sold, or shipped.

2.2 Each product must, according to its nature, be designed, manufactured, packaged, and described in a manner consistent with applicable safety requirements, technical specifications, and regulations.

2.3 Any modification, repackaging, change to components, labels, or instructions must not result in loss of compliance or conceal material information relating to safety or use.

2.4 If a product is subject to a technical standard, regulatory requirement, mandatory registration, certification, or testing requirement, such requirement must be satisfied before the product is offered or sold in the applicable market.

2.5 The seller is responsible for verifying the requirements applicable to the product before listing it, including requirements relating to manufacturing, importation, distribution, storage, transportation, or sale, as applicable.

2.6 Acceptance of a product listing or its appearance on the Platform does not mean that the Company has certified its technical or regulatory compliance or has independently tested it.

3. Product Safety

3.1 A seller must not offer a product that, when used for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable instructions and approved warnings, poses an unacceptable risk to the health or safety of users.

3.2 The materials, components, and parts used in a product must be appropriate for its nature, intended use, and target age group, in accordance with applicable legal or technical requirements.

3.3 Reasonably foreseeable risks must be considered in the design, manufacture, packaging, and presentation of the product, including risks arising from reasonably foreseeable misuse.

3.4 The product description, images, packaging design, or manner of presentation must not conceal any material risk that could affect the safe use of the product.

3.5 The Platform may request technical information, documentation, or testing evidence where there are reasonable indications of a product safety issue.

3.6 The Platform may suspend or remove any product where it reasonably determines that its continued listing may pose a risk to users or violate applicable safety requirements.

4. Products Intended for Children and Age Groups

4.1 Given the nature of Altifl and its focus on children’s products, products intended for children are subject to safety and compliance requirements appropriate to the nature of the product and the intended age group.

4.2 The seller must identify the age group or age range for which the product was designed, tested, or considered suitable, where required or relevant to the nature of the product.

4.3 The seller must not describe a product as suitable for an age group younger than the age permitted by applicable safety requirements, manufacturer instructions, testing, or technical specifications.

4.4 Any age restrictions, requirements for adult supervision, or specific risks associated with the use of the product must be clearly disclosed.

4.5 Relevant considerations may include, depending on the nature of the product, risks of choking, ingestion, sharp edges, small parts, falls, heat, electricity, chemicals, batteries, or other risks that may be relevant to the target age group.

4.6 A product intended for children may not be listed where information concerning the appropriate age of use, safety risks, or essential warnings is insufficient to allow an assessment of its suitability.

4.7 Referring to children as intended users does not mean that the Platform sells products to minors or permits them to make independent purchases. Accounts and purchases are subject to the terms applicable on the Platform.

4.8 These provisions supplement the Child Safety and Minor Protection Policy with respect to matters specifically concerning the protection of minors.

5. Warnings, Alerts, and Safety Instructions

5.1 Where required by the nature of the product, applicable law, or a technical standard, the product must include all warnings and alerts necessary for safe use.

5.2 Warnings must be clear, legible, understandable, and relevant to the risks they are intended to prevent or reduce.

5.3 A warning issued by the manufacturer, testing body, or competent regulatory authority must not be removed, altered, or concealed where it is applicable to the product.

5.4 Warnings relating to age groups, parental supervision, choking hazards, misuse, or any other material risks must be disclosed according to the nature of the product.

5.5 If the product requires special precautions for storage, shipping, use, cleaning, maintenance, or disposal, the necessary information must be provided in accordance with applicable requirements.

5.6 The Platform may require safety information to be corrected or supplemented before permitting the product to be listed or remain available where the information provided is insufficient or unclear.

6. Instructions and Intended Use

6.1 Product use instructions must be made available to the extent required by the nature of the product and applicable laws or technical standards.

6.2 The instructions must explain, as applicable, the assembly, installation, operation, use, cleaning, maintenance, storage, or disposal of the product.

6.3 The instructions must not contain information that could encourage use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or safety requirements.

6.4 If safe use of the product requires adult supervision, technical knowledge, protective equipment, or specific conditions, this must be clearly stated.

6.5 The seller is responsible for ensuring that the instructions and warnings provided to the buyer correspond to the actual version of the product to be supplied.

7. Documentation and Proof of Compliance

7.1 The Platform may request reasonable documentation to demonstrate that a product satisfies the relevant technical or regulatory requirements.

7.2 Compliance documentation may include, depending on the nature of the product, certificates of conformity, test reports, safety certificates, material and component data, manufacturer, importer, or distributor documentation, or other relevant regulatory documents.

7.3 Documentation provided must be accurate, verifiable, and related to the actual product, model, or version listed on the Platform.

7.4 Forged or misleadingly altered documents, expired documents presented as valid, or documents relating to a different product may not be submitted as evidence of compliance for the listed product.

7.5 The Platform may request additional documentation where the documentation provided is insufficient, inconsistent, unverifiable, or does not cover the target market.

7.6 The Platform may specify a deadline for submitting requested documentation and may suspend the listing until verification is completed.

8. Testing, Certifications, and Conformity

8.1 If a product is subject to mandatory testing, certification, approval, or registration in the target market, the applicable requirement must be satisfied before the product is offered or sold in that market.

8.2 Required testing, where mandatory, must be conducted through a body, laboratory, or assessment process that complies with the applicable legal or technical requirements.

8.3 Any certification or test report must relate to the listed product, model, or version and must cover the requirements for which it is relied upon as evidence of compliance.

8.4 A certificate or test report for a different product or version may not be used in a manner that suggests that the listed product is covered by it without a valid technical or regulatory basis.

8.5 The seller must maintain the validity of certifications, test reports, or conformity documentation for as long as the product remains listed, where continued validity is required.

8.6 The Platform may request a copy of a certificate, test report, or any relevant technical document to verify compliance.

8.7 The Platform’s request for or review of testing documents or certifications does not mean that it replaces the competent authority responsible for issuing the certification or that it guarantees the validity or legal sufficiency of the certification.

9. Technical Information and Product Data

9.1 The technical information provided in a product listing must correspond to the actual product, including, as applicable, its components, materials, dimensions, weight, capacity, model, version, and country of origin.

9.2 Any characteristic, component, or material that may be relevant to safety, use, age suitability, or regulatory requirements must be disclosed.

9.3 The seller must not use technical specifications, images, or data relating to a different product or model in a manner that could affect the assessment of safety or compliance.

9.4 Technical data must be updated when there is a material change to the product, its components, design, packaging, instructions, or regulatory status.

9.5 The Platform may require correction of technical information or suspend a listing where the information provided is inaccurate, inconsistent, or insufficient to verify the product.

10. Prohibited Products

10.1 The listing or sale of any product whose manufacture, importation, distribution, sale, use, or shipment to the target market is prohibited by applicable law is prohibited.

10.2 Prohibited products may include, depending on applicable laws and requirements, counterfeit, imitation, or stolen products, products that infringe intellectual property rights, unlawful products, or products that pose an unacceptable risk to user safety.

10.3 The listing of weapons, ammunition, explosives, toxic or hazardous substances, and other categories prohibited by the Platform or for which the seller cannot satisfy the necessary legal requirements is prohibited.

10.4 The listing of products that pose a material risk to children or users is prohibited where the risk cannot be addressed through appropriate safety requirements, warnings, or legal restrictions.

10.5 The listing of any product subject to a recall, ban, or regulatory action that prohibits its sale or distribution is prohibited to the extent that such action applies to the product or target market.

10.6 The Company may update or modify the categories of prohibited products in response to legal or regulatory changes, safety requirements, or operational risks.

11. Restricted Products

11.1 Certain products may be generally lawful to sell but subject to additional requirements or restrictions relating to licensing, registration, age, shipping, storage, target market, or other matters.

11.2 The Platform may classify a product as a restricted product and require additional requirements to be satisfied before permitting it to be listed or sold.

11.3 Additional requirements may include, depending on the product, submission of a certificate, test report, license, permit, technical data, manufacturer or importer information, or other documentation necessary to verify compliance.

11.4 The Platform may restrict the sale of a restricted product to certain countries, regions, age groups, or conditions of use where required by legal or technical requirements.

11.5 A restricted product may be suspended if a required document expires, requirements change, or it is no longer possible to verify that the product satisfies the necessary conditions.

12. Used and Refurbished Products

12.1 If the Platform permits used, refurbished, or remanufactured products to be listed, the condition of the product must be accurately identified and the product must not be presented as new.

12.2 Any material repair, modification, or refurbishment that may affect the product’s characteristics, safety, or method of use must be disclosed where required or relevant.

12.3 Refurbishment, remanufacturing, or repackaging must not remove safety information, warnings, or regulatory markings that are required to remain on the product.

12.4 The Platform may impose additional requirements on used or refurbished products according to the product category, safety risks, and relevant regulatory requirements.

13. Shipping, Transportation, and Packaging from a Compliance Perspective

13.1 Packaging, shipping, or transportation must not expose the product or users to risk or cause the product to lose applicable safety or compliance requirements.

13.2 Any special requirements relating to packaging, handling, storage, or transportation must be considered where they are associated with the nature of the product, its materials, or its use-related risks.

13.3 The seller must disclose any special requirements necessary to maintain the safety of the product during transportation or storage, where relevant.

13.4 The Platform may prohibit shipment of a product to a particular market where laws, customs requirements, transportation requirements, or safety requirements prevent the shipment from being completed lawfully.

13.5 Commercial and operational details relating to shipping are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

14. Recalls, Safety Warnings, and Corrective Actions

14.1 The seller must notify the Platform without undue delay if it becomes aware of an official recall, material safety warning, or defect that may affect the safety of a product previously listed or sold through the Platform.

14.2 The seller must provide the Platform with the relevant information available regarding the matter, including the identity of the product, model, batch, version, or nature of the risk, where such information is available and relevant.

14.3 The seller may not continue to list or sell a product subject to a recall, ban, or regulatory action that prohibits its sale or distribution, to the extent that such action applies.

14.4 The Platform may suspend or remove the product, stop transactions associated with it, or restrict its sale in a particular market where there is a recall, safety risk, or reliable information warranting review.

14.5 The Platform may request information regarding corrective actions taken by the seller or manufacturer, including repair, replacement, withdrawal from the market, or any other action required by law or the competent authority.

14.6 If the law or competent authority requires buyers to be notified or action to be taken regarding previously sold products, the Platform may cooperate to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15. Product Review and Compliance Measures

15.1 The Platform may review product listings, technical information, and related documentation before or after listing, depending on the nature of the product, risk level, and applicable requirements.

15.2 The review may include verification of the information provided, requests for additional documentation, review of warnings and instructions, verification of age suitability, or any other technical or regulatory requirements.

15.3 The Platform may suspend a listing, hide a product, restrict its sale, or remove the product where the information is insufficient or there are indications of non-compliance or a potential risk.

15.4 The Platform may require correction of information, completion of documentation, or modification of warnings or instructions before permitting the product to be listed again.

15.5 Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a product may pose a safety risk or violate a material legal or regulatory requirement.

15.6 Failure to identify a violation during a previous review does not mean that the product has been finally approved or that the Platform assumes responsibility for its compliance.

16. Technical Information Retention Obligations

16.1 The seller must retain the information and documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance of the products it offers, to the extent required by law, the nature of the product, or relevant regulatory requirements.

16.2 Such information may include, as applicable, test reports, certificates of conformity, technical documentation, manufacturer or importer information, and information relating to batches, models, or versions.

16.3 Retained information must be retrievable when requested for purposes of verifying compliance or investigating a safety issue, recall, or regulatory action.

16.4 These provisions do not establish a uniform retention period for all products. The required retention period remains subject to applicable law and the requirements specific to the relevant product category and market.

17. Relationship with Other Policies and Documents

17.1 This Policy addresses the technical and regulatory requirements applicable to products and does not replace other legal documents governing different aspects of the relationship with the Platform.

17.2 The seller’s direct contractual obligations are governed by the Seller Agreement, while this Policy focuses on product requirements and technical and regulatory compliance.

17.3 Consumer rights, general protections, and remedies are governed by the Consumer Protection Policy and applicable law.

17.4 Child and minor protection matters that are not product-related are governed by the Child Safety and Minor Protection Policy.

17.5 Intellectual property matters are governed by the Intellectual Property Rights Policy.

17.6 Shipping and fulfillment matters are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

17.7 Any return, replacement, or refund is governed by the policies specifically applicable to such matters, and this Policy does not create an independent financial right for the user or seller.

17.8 Where this Policy conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision shall apply to the extent applicable.

18. Applicable Law and Policy Updates

18.1 This Policy shall be interpreted within the framework of the law applicable to the product, transaction, or relevant market, taking into account any mandatory legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the product.

18.2 Reference to the Company’s incorporation in the State of Wyoming or to U.S. law is not intended to exclude any mandatory requirement that properly applies to a particular product or market.

18.3 The Company may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect legal and regulatory developments, product safety requirements, and the requirements of markets in which the Platform operates.

18.4 The updated version becomes effective as of the date it is published on the Platform, unless a different date is specified in the updated version.

18.5 The seller must periodically review the published requirements relevant to its products and ensure their continued compliance with applicable requirements.

19. Reporting Product Issues

19.1 A seller, buyer, rights holder, or any person with reliable information concerning a safety risk or non-compliance relating to a product may contact the Platform through the official communication channels available on Altifl.com.

19.2 Where possible, the report should include the product name or listing number, order number, model, or batch number, a description of the issue, and any documents, images, or technical information that may assist in verifying it.

19.3 The Platform may request additional information or technical documentation to verify the report and assess the level of risk or compliance.

19.4 Receipt of a report or initiation of a review does not mean that a violation has been established. The Platform may take appropriate action based on the available information and evidence and applicable law.
